Leeds Castle Wedding Photography

Leeds Castle has stood on its site for the best part of 800 years and surrounded by a picturesque moat you can easily see why it’s and incredibly popular choice for a wedding venue.

I’ve always thought that I am blessed to live in a country with such history, and so to be able to visit and explore such places like Leeds Castle is pretty special. To be able to hold your wedding day in a fairytale castle like this is something else.

Nowhere near Leeds, and don’t let your sat nav tell you otherwise, it’s not far from the town of Maidstone in Kent, and so with great connections into London and also about an hours drive from the Eurotunnel, Leeds Castle is perfectly situated.

It can’t be compared or reviewed against anywhere else like you can with a lot of things these days, as in my view as a wedding photographer somewhere like Leeds Castle is unique and one of a kind on this planet. This fact alone makes it an appealing choice for a couple’s big day.

There are so many places at Leeds Castle to photograph I wouldn’t have space to list them all here! Suffice to say you are spoilt for choice, and I always try to choose original and unique areas that I haven’t photographed at before. Not one wedding day is the same, it’s original, special, full of great folk and for me those things are what I love the most
