So I love nothing more than to photograph the story of someone’s wedding day, but what’s my story?

Since when I can remember I’ve always wanted to do something creative and visual for a living. So I ended up training at ITV studios in London as a television cameraman, working on shows like Blind Date and SMTV:CDUK (my very first show there was An Audience with the Bee Gees of all things!).

I’m still a freelance cameraman but 10 years or so ago I felt a need to add another creative element to my life. Looking at this site you can see where that happy decision as led.

Everything that I live for is in this image.

Far left is my incredibly talented wife Carla who has built an awesome dance school from scratch.

I have two left feet and can’t dance for toffee, so I watch on in wonderment at seeing children, who when they first start have never danced before, to progress in becoming talented and confident performers on stages in front of hundreds of onlookers.

I love and have utmost respect for people who follow their dreams, and Carla who through hard graft (dreams don’t come easy!) is one of these people.

My youngest Kitty (under the bench) is crazy and fearless, and Bo (next to me) is the sensible and sensitive one. I guess I’m a healthy combo of both!

Then me? Well, I’ve lucked out with the above companions in my life, but also with being entrusted with photographing a couple’s wedding day. It’s most rewarding job I could ever have wished for.

I’d love to hear about what you have planned for the big day so please get in touch and I’ll get back to you in a jiffy.
