“They are wonderful thank you so much! The pics are really special and capture the whole day so perfectly”
It’s a rare thing that I get to photograph a siblings wedding 5 months after his brothers, but a new job in New York meant that James and Sara wanted to get hitched in London before the big move.
They had chosen the beautiful Cissold House in Stoke Newington, London, to play wedding venue (his brother Chris got married earlier in April at Amberley Castle, he’s the one at the end of this post rocking it out!), and I kicked off proceedings at The Great Northern Hotel in Kings Cross for a spot of bridal prep with the awesome Sara.
A black cab ride later found us at the lovely art deco Stoke Newington Town Hall for the ceremony where James was having a cheeky pint in the Rose and Crown opposite.
A fun ceremony (with a well held back tear from Sara) led on to a short stroll to Cissold House nearby. A great venue with acres of mature parkland surrounding it, abundance of natural light, happy smiling people and such a fab laid back couple. I love my job me 🙂
A great band where guests, including Sara, took it in turns to belt out a tune which I thought was a great original idea and was a perfect end to a perfect day.
Wow, awesome stuff Steve. Love that pic of what looks like naked Jesus singing with the band 🙂
