Royal Exchange Wedding

“SO WONDERFUL – We are so very delighted with our photographs and will be ever grateful for all your hard work on the day and the beautiful photographs you have taken for us.   We could not be happier”   Shona & Ben.

When Ben and Shona booked me to photograph their wedding at the venues of Inner Temple and Royal Exchange in the heart of London, I could only heartily accept as they are both truly great places to shoot at.

Fast forward a year later and I found myself arriving on a warm summers day in the courtyard of Inner Temple where Shona was getting ready with the girls in one of the buildings.  There are a lot of doorways and buildings here (it’s where Barristers train and practise) but I knew which one to head for, I just followed the sound of laughter coming from an open window!  Here the girls in their matching pj’s where all getting ready, and after some prep shots and of Shona getting into her stunning dress designed by Pnina Tornai, it was down the hallway to the beautiful hall where Ben was waiting cool as a cucumber.

After the flawless ceremony everyone piled outside to form one of the longest confetti lines I’ve seen!  Drinks and canapes followed and it was then a short cab ride to the Royal Exchange for the wedding breakfast, which hosts upmarket shops and restaurants by day and cracking wedding venue by night!

Below are a some of my picks from this lovely wedding day, comments are very welcome as ever!
