“Well it was worth the wait. What fantastic images. They capture the day, occasion and our friends and family. Just what we wanted”
Sarajevo is the home of the very lovely Ian and Gemma, but Penshurst Place in Kent played host to their Summer wedding, as did The Plough at Leigh later on. Oh and The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells had it’s role too. Keeping up?!
The Spa Hotel was in fact where I met up with Gemma and a very big handful of bridesmaids, all getting ready together with a buzz of excitement in the air. I love photographing preparations, the whole anticipation of the day to come really comes across in the documentary style I shoot in.
The ancient and beautiful Penshurst Place saw a calm Ian meeting and greeting, it also saw him and Gemma become Mr and Mrs under the 12th century beams of the barons hall. Such an incredible room, if you haven’t been to see it you should find time and go, you’ll thank me for it!
The day concluded at the third venue of the day, The Plough at Leigh, with it’s great 18th century barn lit with fairy lights and a buffet and cupcake mountain to die for!
If you are considering a wedding at either The Spa Hotel, Penshurst Place or The Plough at Leigh please drop me a message via the contact page, it would be great to hear from you.
These photos are just gorgeous and tell such a beautiful story…
Thanks Millie-Ann!
